Out of an abundance of caution, we are reaching out today to ask that Immediately stop using and charging your Charge Case accessory<\/strong> due to an issue with certain battery cells in the Charge Case accessory.

Upon receiving a single report of a charging problem while using a third-party USB-C cable and a third-party power supply<\/strong>, we identified a quality issue with the third-party supplied battery cell used in your Charge Case accessory.

Our research determined that the battery supplier no longer met our quality standards<\/strong> and that there is a possibility that certain battery cells supplied by this supplier may represent a fire safety risk<\/strong>.

As a result, we immediately disqualify this battery supplier while We are working to identify a new supplier to avoid such problems<\/strong> and maintain our high quality standards.

The identified issue is isolated to only certain battery cells used in the Charge Case accessory and not related to hardware design<\/strong> of the Charge Case accessory.

It is important to note that Humane's AI Pin, sus Battery Booster and the Charge Pad are not affected<\/strong> as the disqualified supplier does not supply batteries or any other components of those Humane products, and they are safe for continued use.

Although we know that this may cause you inconvenience, Customer safety is our priority at Humane<\/strong>. We designed the AI Pin and related accessories with security in mind, and rigorously tested and certified them to applicable US and international security standards.
