(@rabbit_hmi) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/rabbit_hmi\/status\/1821567219278713138?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">August 8, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The community begins to ask<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It was on the official Rabbit r1 forum where they have compiled a list of improvements that could be implemented to the timers and alarms. Here is a list of the most requested improvements to continue improving this feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sobre-los-temporizadores\">About timers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allow the user <strong>dictate what the timer is for<\/strong> and then show him the name.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow <strong>more than one timer<\/strong> both.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the timer <strong>turns off while recording is in progress<\/strong>, cancel the recording.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sounds of <strong>countdown for the last 10 seconds<\/strong> from the timer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mejoras-en-las-alarmas\">Improvements in alarms<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allow the user <strong>dictate what the alarm is for<\/strong> and then display the name to the user.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Shows the date<\/strong> in which the alarm is supposed to sound.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Currently, if you set a reminder for a specific date, it starts an alarm at 12:00 and you can&#039;t see the date it&#039;s supposed to go off on.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Allow the alarm to ring infinitely<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>According to my tests,<strong> The timers stop ringing after 10 minutes<\/strong>. Ideally, they would ring forever until the user silences them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Allow a gentle awakening<\/strong> (gradually increase the timer sound until it reaches the maximum, over the course of approximately 60 seconds).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow the user <strong>Complete a mental exercise to confirm the state of total wakefulness<\/strong> (simple math problem, etc. inspired by applications\u00a0<code>Alarmy<\/code>and\u00a0<code>Sleep as Android<\/code>programs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Others related to time<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allow user <strong>Select the volume of the timer\/alarm<\/strong> regardless of system volume.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow it to <strong>set timers\/alarms from viewing mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-nuevas-solicitudes-de-funciones\">New Feature Requests<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>New type of countdown called Reminders<\/strong> (already in the plans as \u201cactive reminders\u201d) that you can configure in advance and will remind you of what you want, when you ask for it. \n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Location-based reminders<\/strong>. Once you reach a destination, it reminds you.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New &quot;<strong>chronometer<\/strong>\u201d which allows you to quickly start a stopwatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New <strong>Automatic anniversary reminder<\/strong> or something similar, which can automatically remind you of a special day and why it was special <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allow that <strong>the timer\/alarm is dismissed\/cancelled via the touch screen<\/strong>.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You may need to long press to dismiss or snooze the feature. Instantly tapping to dismiss the feature would be a bad user experience in my opinion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Add the pomodoro technique<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Adds a small badge to the home screen to indicate that there is a timer<\/strong> or a pending alarm. This can also be done for music, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>These are some of the most requested features by users.
