Humane assures that looking for a new supplier to solve the problem after getting rid of the old one. It is important to emphasize that apparently neither the charging base nor the AI Pin itself nor the "battery Booster" are affected in any way.
As a way to compensate users, Humane has decided to give two free months to the subscription service —mandatory to use the device— valued at 24$ per month to which taxes would have to be added, which are not included.
